The Double PDM panel represents the evolution of icf systems since unlike the standard methods of making septa it is produced and delivered to the construction site completely custom made according to what are the design requirements. This product consists of two single panels, suitably shaped and connected by a double electro-welded galvanized wire mesh joined on both sides by double horizontal connectors that create a space inside to be filled with concrete of appropriate characteristics and strength.
The thickness of the concrete septum inside this panel, as well as the characteristics of the concrete itself, will be determined according to structural requirements.
The EPS panel is prepared to be completed either with dry products through the use of appropriate accessories, or with wet products such as plaster or cement mortar.
