The “HOME DONE” high-density reinforced EPS structural panel kit is a system consisting of high-density reinforced polystyrene structural panels, connected together on site by steel mechanical brackets
for the construction of housing units. The building kit consists of the following components:

• Load-bearing panels (wall, floor and floor) in “PHD120”, “PHD160” and
  “PHD160HP” versions;
• Steel fixing bracket anchored to steel grid (“STSDA06802” and
  “STDCV06808”);
• Steel coupling systems;
• Thin metal U-profiles 8/10 mm (two on each side of the panel).

The load-bearing panels include a high-strength galvanized steel wire structure, three-dimensionally electro-welded, embedded in high-density EPS sintering.
